The Difference Between is an 8 days training course aiming to improve the performance and communication of those who work with young people.

Creating and establishing connection
Through Experiential Learning we’ll provide the learning ground with different inputs and activities and we will create the space for you to reflect upon how you function in your daily working life.
We believe that this method has the unique and powerful advantage of creating a personalized learning process and more effective and long-lasting results after the training course.
During the course you’ll practice exercises related to international youth work (for example, presentation of your organization, elaboration of a youth exchange programme, phone calls with a partner, etc.), as well as you’ll get used to the vocabulary of the European Erasmus+ programme.
Youth workers, people working in NGOs, associations, local authorities or governmental services, involved in the Erasmus+ programme with A2 or B1 English level, who feel that their weakness of practice of English, and communication skills is an obstacle:
o In their effort to network and build partnerships
o To present and explain the reality of their organisation and their work
o To prepare efficiently a project with their partners
o To express clearly their objectives, aims or wishes…
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme.
We will provide accommodation and food for free. All programme costs are covered by Erasmus+ grant.
1. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to:
275 Euros – Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Estonia, Greece
530 Euros – Israel
180 Euros – the Netherlands (if you come from a distance which is more than 100 km-s)
2. We will organise and provide accommodation and food for free for the participants.
3. There is a participation fee of 60 Euros to be paid on spot.
