Training Course: Non Formal Job Matching

The project Non Formal Job Matching is a training course which will gather 30 participants from Slovakia, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Estonia and Malta to learn together about non-formal methodology supporting youth job guidance.
“Thalia Teatro” from Slovakia is a small professional theatre that prepares performances particularly for children and families. Its repertoire includes drama, puppet shows, alternative cabaret and last but not least, street theatre. Thalia Teatro also prepares and leads lots of drama and literacy projects for children, youths and pedagogues.
Aim of the training course is to equip youth workers in effective NFE methodology which supports the young people in finding job which combine their talents and passions.
- To learn the non-formal theatre methodology supporting individual job career guidance and self-development.
- To learn different NFE methodologies for developing soft skills to increase employability on European market.
- To create the job career guidance toolkit and implement workshop in the local communities of partners during the follow up phase.
- To support the networking between partners and their members and increase learning by sharing.
Activities start in the morning of 2nd of May and finish in the evening of 10th of May. Your travel to and from venue need to allow you to take part in all activities.
Everyday participants would take part in 4 workshops, 2 before and 2 after the lunch and some evening activites.
All of the workshops and activities on the training course would be based on non-formal methodology.
The main NFE methodology used in the training would be British Drama, Improvisation theatre, Theatrical Acting and Miming.
Participants would mainly learn through expriential learning, where they would have oportunity to go through the experience, analise it and reflect on it. Participants would learn from each others experience, group work, discussions, simulations, reflections
The project’s visibility is important for its success. It is important for us to promote
the project, youth mobility and job guidance methods based on NFE. Therefore participants and partners would be involved in promoting the project and increasing its visibility in the social media and in their local community.

By taking part in this project you are confirming that you are going to be active in all phases of the project which include the preparation for the training, taking part in all workshops during the training course and accomplish all tasks connected with dissemination and promotion of the project results.
The main aim of the project is to promote non-formal methodologies for job guidance and its
recognition among the youth educators in Europe, especially in the local communities of our
partners therfore the follow up phase is very important for success of the project.
The follow up activities would involve sharing the competances regarding the job guidance and promoting the project via social media (FB page) and its results as the toolkit prepared during the project.
-over 22 years old
-active youth worker or leader who is daily working with youth people (especially
in the field of job guidance)
-communicative level of english
-experienced in NFE mobilities or in usage of NFE methods
-motivation to take active part in all workshops during the activity
-willing to promote the project during all phases via social media
-willing to improve the quality of their education methods use in work with youth
-willing to prepare necessary materials about youth work in their community and about Erasmus+ Youth Programme, before the project and make the follow up of the activity
This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme.
– Being selected for this course, accommodation and lodging (breakfast-lunch and dinner) will be 100% covered by the host organisation. During the exchange the catering will be provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 coffee breaks).
We will take care of our space where we will live, work and learn therefore we need to keep the place clean and useful for our activities. During the workshops we will walk in the workshop-room barefoot or in socks (so take some warm socks if you get cold easily).
– Transport: 100% covered by the Erasmus + program, within following limits:
Greece: 275 Euro/participant. Participants who will exceed this travel cost, will be charged the additional cost
– Participation fee 40 euro per participant. The fee will be deposited after succesful selection of the candidates (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
