Training Course ESCalator: New levels of European volunteering

Eligible are 30 participants coming from: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Western Balkan countries

Training course with networking and study visit elements for ESC coordinators from the EU and Western Balkan/SEE regions.
Aim of the project
To increase the quality of ESC projects through personal development of coordinators and building long term partnerships of organisations.
Main elements of the course:
- Excursions to different types of ESC projects;
- ESC quality related themes;
- Learning and service in ESC projects;
- Roles, needs and competencies of ESC actors;
- Space for personal reflection and feedback;
- Networking and partnership building sessions;
- Intercultural experience – local wine harvest festival.
For participants from:
Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo*, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey

This project is financed by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme.
Accommodation and food
The hosting organisation of this offer will organise and covers the costs for accommodation and food.
The organizer will reimburse 100 % of participants travel costs and 100 % of visa costs. The travel costs has to be disscused and approved by organiser.
This participation fee will be used to cover extra organisational costs and also works as a symbolic contribution.
